Agricultural estate between the towns of Gualdo Cattaneo and Bevagna and consists of several property and land for a total of about 119 hectares of which: about 32 hectares uses for the cultivation of arable land, about 4 hectares used for olive cultivation with about 1200 existing plants, about 69 hectares used as a forest, about 13 hectares used as a pasture and about 2 hectares courts of the buildings.
The company also manages, in collaboration with another company, a private center for the reproduction of wildlife for hare, pheasant, starna species, red pernic, quail and German duck.
The company consists of a single completely fenced land body, closed-end and located in a high-quality wine vocation area (Strada del Sagrantino) , with the presence of olive groves consisting of native variety and producing high quality extra virgin oil. The company has also always carried out zootechnical work, raising Chianina cattle, in the semi-brade state; this producer of particularly fine and lean meats.

LOCATION
The company is located in a very favorable and easy-to- reach position; it is in fact, along a provincial road of high importance and near resorts with high tourist value such as Todi, Orvieto, Deruta, Assisi, Spello and Montefalco.
Furthermore, the property is very close to the important high-performance highway such as the E45 that connects Perugia to Rome, various provincial roads and various municipal roads that connect the various artistic historical interests mentioned above.

FEATURES OF THE LAND
Inside the company there is a dense network of neighboring roads, forest roads and forest paths that connect the rural buildings on the farm with the cultivated land and the surrounding forests; these primary, secondary drive-over roads are all in excellent maintenance conditions.

Given the high tourist value of the area, in 2005 the company started some interventions in the building field consisting of the change of destination of use of some company buildings and outbuildings, to use them for accommodation.
a intervention involved the restoration, with seismic improvement and sanitary hygenic adaptation, of a building for residential use on the first floor and agricultural destiny on the ground floor, which also became residential, creating on the ground floor no. 4 residential units each consisting of a living room bedroom and bathroom; n ° 1 residential unit consisting of living room, two bedrooms and bathroom; n ° 2 residential units consisting of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom.
