LOCATION:
The farmhouse is in a hilly and panoramic position near Spoleto, just 2 km away from Castel Ritaldi, a small and very ancient village located in the splendid setting of the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by land and picturesque hills rich in olive groves and vineyards, located along the road that leads from Spoleto to Montefalco. Thanks to its splendid elevated and independent location, this property enjoys an extremely private context but at the same time excellent for reaching in a few minutes the historic center of this small village and all the necessary services for everyday life.
